An OTA (Over-The-Air) link will be provide to you by email once your payment has been confirmed.

How do I sell my old/un-used BlackBerry applications to AppGarage?
Please contact AppGarage@gmail.com to sell your apps. Prices offered on used apps will depend on the level of demand for the particular app being sold. All apps sold to AppGarage will be paid via Paypal (re-sellers must have an active Paypal account).

What if I have purchased an application from AppGarage and I havent recieved my item?
Please allow idle time for AppGarage to respond (this will be more less the case for orders made during late evening hours). Hours of Operations are from 9am-11pm, daily.

How do I obtain my activation code?
For applications that require an activation code, we will need you to provide us with your device PIN. Your PIN number can be located by: 1. From the Home screen go to 'Options" 2. Select Status. 3. Note your PIN number.

What is your return policy?
We ask that you carefully note the requirements on all apps listed in our product descriptions. If an app is incompatible or does not work as intended, we will be happy to refund 80% of the original purchase amount, or, provide you with another application from our site, free of charge.
